Lynn Swann @ The Fayette County Fair

Lynn Swann was at the Fayette County Fair last Saturday with his family. His boys participated in the Lawnmower Pulls.

I met Mr. Swann and got my picture taken with him.

Mr. Swann is running as a reform candidate, which is what I ran as in 2004.

Like I said in the Herald-Standard, I was a reform candidate before reform was cool.

The only way that we are going to fix our problems in the Fay-West area is by coming up with new ideas and ways of running the state.

Fayette County has been the 2nd poorest county in the state and the poorest rural county forever.

So, that is proof that the way that we used to do things is not working.

Raising taxes, giving a few companies tax breaks, KOZ zones, free cars, free healthcare and giant pensions for state reps and senators isn't helping the people of Pennsylvania.

We need to eliminate property taxes. We need to cut corporate taxes. We need to get rid of the "Death Tax", so families can pass on their properties to their children. We need to reduce the size of the state government, so we can pass the saving on to the citizens, instead of letting our elected officials take it for their own payraises.

We need to elect good hardworking men and women, who know what's it's like work for a living. Who knows what it's like to struggle to pay their bills and taxes.

We need to elect people who have earned their jobs, instead of career politicians who get their jobs appointed and handed to them, because they are politically connected.

We need to elect William R. Earnesty for State Representative, because I do not accept money for favors like the other career politician candidates.

Until Next Time...Have A Great Day!!!

Fayette County Fair

Apologies to all that have been checking out my site looking for updates.

I have been at the Fayette County Fair every night since last Thursday meeting with the awesome people attending the fair.

It takes a lot out of a person and his family working 12-13 hours a day and then going to the fair for 4 or 5 hours a night.

But, it's worth it to shake hands and talk to people and learn about their concerns and hear about their ideas on how to fix the problems that our career politicians have created.

We have bumperstickers and Steeler schedules on a table in Commercial Building #3. I think it's #3, it's beside the indoor arena.

Today's the last day of the fair. We will have volunteers there all day starting around 11am until at least 10pm, but probably later.

We will also be at the Everson Fair on Sunday for a short visit and we will be at the Dawson Grange Fair this week.

The Poverty Neck Hillbillies will be playing the Dawson Grange Fair, too. Their concerts are always packed.

Well, it's time to get ready for the Fayette County Fair!

I hope to see you all, either today or very soon during one of my many visits throughout the district.

Keep hitting this site for updates on where I will be in the near future.

Until Next Time...Have A Great Day!!!
